This project delivers a high-impact, data-driven analytical dashboard built to provide end-to-end visibility across the BMHSRP (Bharat Motor High Security Registration Plate) ecosystem. The solution integrates data from multiple operational touchpoints to present a single, unified view of vehicle registrations, OEM performance, dealer productivity, fuel type distribution, and affixation operations—supporting data-backed decision-making at both strategic and operational levels.
